“Living Life Like You Mean It.” This refers rather to the strength with which you are living your life, the strength of the process of living your life, not life strength or life energy.

How often have we been wounded at sometime in the past (psychologically, emotionally, spiritually) and we still have not recovered?
Our wound may have occurred many years ago, but we still act as though it has just happened.
This US helps to shift us out of that wound.

7. Integration of Critical Communications
~ Mood, Emotion and Thought

This correction relates to the internal three-way communications between the person’s inner body, their emotional state and mind.
If a person’s body (mood), emotional state, and mind are not fully aware of each other’s condition, then interaction with the outside world will be impaired in addition to the inner stress produced by the relative isolation between these essential components of the person’s overall makeup.

One major component of “failure" often is that of “not deserving.”
The person, on some deep level, really feels that they do not deserve the “success” they might receive.
Life itself is so stressful and literally so bad that the people feel, and sometimes express, that they do not deserve life.
Likewise, when they receive some rewards or pleasures they also feel they do not deserve them, either.
Both pleasure and hardships of life are stressful for the person.

Integrating Life & Desires
~ 10. Emotion, Thought and Behaviour

If how you lead your life is not congruent with your desires, then stress develops.
The Behaviour component most closely refers to “your life”; the Thought with “what you think of your life”; and the Emotion with whether you are “happy (sad, angry, etc.) with it or not.”
Only when all three are in agreement can your life be satisfying and successful.

If you desire something and do not have the motivation to achieve it, you undoubtedly will be frustrated! Likewise, if you have a motivation to do something but you do not know what you desire then not much can happen.
In this structure all four of our variables must be congruent.
